I struggle with stiffness and pain from sitting all day and bad posture - every bone in me was cracking, and it took a lot of effort to work through all the knots in my back. But the therapist gave it everything she had. The pain and tears were worth it, because I already feel lighter and relieved. With a few more sessions and regular maintenance, I believe I’ll finally be on the right path to healing my back!
